CINCINNATI (WXIX) - River City Correctional Facility has launched a new program designed to break the cycle of repeat offenders by educating inmates about weapons restrictions and violence alternatives.
The weapons under disability class educates inmates on legal restrictions for convicted felons and teaches them alternatives to violence. Rufus Johnson, founder of Real Truth Inc., leads the program.
